Art Workshops & Parties

Captivate, Innovate, Educate, Visualize, Conceptualize & Realize..!

We have over ten years experience of workshop delivery and believe that both children and adults develop through creative experience and the opportunity for self expression. Art is an excellent medium of communication as well as loads of fun! We endeavour to use recycled materials wherever possible and in a school setting use our workshops as an opportunity to educate through positive creative experience.

Our workshops can be catered for children and adults - Birthday parties, office do's, weddings, school fetes, garden parties or any excuse for a party (why not?!). To give you an idea here are some of our favourite workshops, a basic cost of £120 (for up to 2 hours) will be charged but may vary depending on requirements and materials. Childrens Visual Workshops

• Make beautifully collaged Butterfly and Bat wings and wear them to fly home, Suggested age range 2yrs +
• Painting and collage on canvas, create funky modern art on canvas to hang in your home. Using acrylic paint, collage and print techniques. – All ages
• Lantern making, using traditional willow and tissue paper techniques, create lampshades, lanterns and other hanging sculptures. 8yrs+
• Wooden Spoon Puppets make a cheeky puppet and work with artists to create a character for your creation. 4yrs +
• Recycled mini fairies and recycled wish warriors to hang as mobiles in your windows or from your rear view mirror. 8yrs +
• Butterflies and Flowers, during this workshop we create in house decor using wire and tissue paper. A smattering of glitter provides beautiful window or plant pot art to brighten up your homes.

Adult visual workshops

• Flowers, using wire and tissue paper, or recycled plastic bottles and colourful foam, create colourful, decorative flowers that can be used as decor to brighten up a room or given to someone special as a gift.
• Painting on canvas, we will use various techniques of applying paint to create texture and patterns, or a more smooth finish if you prefer. We will use stencils, or hand drawn images from a variety of visual sources or more spontaneous abstract creations!
• Costume making, make a saucy number, or a carnival headress, or a pair of angel wings! Whatever you can knock up in a couple of hours to wear at a party or just for fun!
• Wings, make a pair of wings - fairy, angel or a devil using foam, netting, feathers and a magic wand or weapon to go with! - and fly away!
• Mask making - using mod roc and templates - produce a theatrical mask and paint it's dramatic character make up - they make great wall hangings!.
