Hire
We can be hired for events and parties, to dress an event for maximum visual impact or design and create bespoke artwork to suit event requirments. As experienced event managers we can oversee all organisational aspects or provide performers and tailormade art workshops to make it something really special. Our workshops
can be reviewed in more detail in the workshops and parties section. We also have décor, a 10k sound system, lighting, facepainters, artists, performers and a marquee available for hire. Below are
some basic costings and packages - but you can contact us with your requirements for an individual quote.
Here are some examples:
- Basic art workshops - £120 for one artist to run an hours workshop, price includes all materials, set up and de-rig. Prices will vary according to numbers and requirements.
- Facepainters - we have a team of facepainters available
for an event at a basic charge of £70 for an hour, £30 for each additional
hour.
- DJs Nysa sounds and Watts up Hire can provide equipment, lightening and an eclectic collection of sounds to suit both children and adult events. Prices start from £250 for a whole event.
- Decor and art - we have a selection of premade pop up decor and backdrops, both freestanding and hanging suitable for indoor and outdoor events. We are a team of skilled artists and designers who can work with our clients to design and create tailor made decor and scenic art. For hire and tailor made prices please cintact us for a quote.
- Teddy Bears Picnic in conjunction with Hartbeeps Music we can provide a Teddy Bears Picnic for out door events. These events are directed at the under 8's we provide an art workshop, facepainters, sound system, stage set a marquee and Hartbeeps brilliant bear time interactive stage show. - £1500.
- Marquee - we have a 48 sq meter marqui available to hire, fully fire retardent and available as a canopy or with sides. Costs £550 per hire, includes set up and take down.
- Performers - we have a network of alternative arts performers, ranging from fire and stilt walking to clowns, jugglers and caberet singers. Rates differ please contact us for a quote.
Commissions
We can undertake art commissions to suit whatever your needs are - whether
you 
require
paintings for your office, a mural for the childrens' bedroom or some
3D decor for the living room!! We can work with you to tailor our creative
